CityPathways (cPaths) coaches under-resourced youth to “see paths” toward possible futures, igniting learning beyond school. Immersive hands-on experiences in community organizations and cultural institutions synthesize their growing competencies, using micro-credentials to validate progress.
Parents in high poverty communities want the best and have aspirations for their children. We are building on that belief as the core galvanizing place to enter and work with families and communities to collectively create the changes needed to improve and sustain the outcomes for the children.

Untapped knowledge and skills are going wasted each day, while communities struggle to get back on their feet economically. Using technology, crowdsourcing, an open source platform, and returning “to the basics”, communities can be empowered through education, resources, and collaborative efforts.
