A model and scalable post-secondary access and training partnership.

In 2015, Colorado Mountain College will launch an innovative Career Academy for students to receive a college certificate while in HS. In rural Western CO, providing alternative education options is essential for youth and the economy. This pilot is scalable to the College’s 11 campuses and beyond.

A new “Craigslist” for Sustainable Connected Communities

Untapped knowledge and skills are going wasted each day, while communities struggle to get back on their feet economically. Using technology, crowdsourcing, an open source platform, and returning “to the basics”, communities can be empowered through education, resources, and collaborative efforts.

The debate over police shootings in Baltimore, Ferguson and NYC makes clear that we too often talk past each other on matters of racial equity. Drawing on research & experience, we plan to train hundreds of non-profit, public & private sector leaders to promote greater & more equal opportunity.
