Orange Oasis in an Urban Food Desert

Almost 23.5 million Americans live in a food desert. Healthier foods in urban corner stores can alleviate food insecurity, but store owners can’t always stock fresh produce at low prices. BrightSide teams Minneapolis youth with university students to sell produce at a low cost to these stores.
