Caring for the Caregivers: Digital Meditation, Mindfulness and Centering Tools

Family and paid caregivers face high rates of burnout, fatigue and stress. Daily isolation, fragmentation, and the physical stress of caretaking negatively impact the caregivers and the care recipients. We propose a multilingual, mobile-friendly digital toolkit that encompass the best content and tools that support mindfulness, meditation, and centering practices-- tailored specifically for caregivers.

Portal Rico: Leveraging the power of the global Puerto Rican diaspora

Portal Rico is website that agglomerates all available crowdfunding opportunities in Puerto Rico, regardless of the crowdfunding platform. Think of it as Kayak for crowdfunding. This website would better connect Puerto Rico’s diaspora populations to social entrepreneurship opportunities at home. The website model could potentially be scaled to benefit other countries and their respective diaspora populations.
